This Workshop prepares Doctors to manage Difficult communication and communication challenges they face on a daily basis by emphasizing Communication, Listening, Observation and Empathy

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

By the end of the program participants will:

  • Communicate and lead more effectively
  • Establish a culture of trust and loyalty among their team members by implementing Listening
  • Be able to communicate effectively with their team in stressful and difficult situations.
  • Be able to handle conflict in difficult conditions with empathy.

METHODOLOGY

The workshop method used is a combination of formal theoretical instruction and frequent references to real-life case scenarios. The course is designed to be both practical and interactive and questions are highly encouraged from participants.
